Forget 9-5, for lovers of autonomy and variety, a role as one of our In-Home Consultants or In-Home Customer Advisors is a career like no other. Our people come from all walks of life, but most have experience working in a target focused environment, and are comfortable working outside of the usual workplace (instead it will be our customer’s homes).   • Confidence, precision and a genuine interest in home décor will serve you well in this role, as will the ability to meet targets and build rapport with customers quickly and effectively. You’ll also need:

    • A full driving licence as you will be required to drive one of our fully sampled and liveried vans.
    • Willingness to be mobile and happy to travel to customers’ homes.
    • The ability to work to, and meet, set sales targets.
    • An obsession for attention to detail.
    • To be comfortable with autonomy.
    • A flexible approach to working hours across the week, including weekends and evenings.
